All subscriptions to TalkNative are billed on a monthly, non-refundable basis. Once a payment has been processed, you will continue to have access to premium features for the remainder of your billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial use, change of mind, or unused time.
2. Free Trial
To help you evaluate TalkNative before purchasing, every new user receives a 5-minute free trial with access to all premium features. This allows you to explore the Platform before committing to a subscription.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or accidental billing charges
- Technical issues preventing access to the Platform that cannot be resolved
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain access until the end of your paid period.
