Your mission
Move the appointment to a time that works, confirm every detail of the new one, and avoid any cancellation fee.
The scene

You are at your desk with your calendar open. Your dentist appointment is tomorrow at 10, and a work meeting has just landed on top of it. You call the clinic.

You are the patient calling.
