1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TalkNative (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Services Provided
TalkNative offers AI-powered language learning experiences, including: interactive chat with AI tutors, IELTS preparation modules, multilingual practice, roleplay scenarios, and progress tracking. Features may evolve, and we reserve the right to add, modify, or remove any service without prior notice.
3. Free Trial & Usage Limits
New users are granted 5 minutes of full access to premium features immediately after sign-up. After this period, continued access requires an active subscription.
Users are further subject to the following daily usage policy:
- Gross limit: 45 minutes per 24-hour period (includes idle time, system use, and active interaction).
- Net limit: 30 minutes of active conversation per 24-hour period.
The Platform automatically enforces these limits. Attempts to circumvent them may result in account suspension.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
TalkNative is offered on a monthly subscription basis only. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. User Accounts
You must create an account to access premium features. You agree to provide accurate details and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Account sharing or resale is prohibited.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Engaging in harmful, abusive, or illegal activities
- Attempting to bypass time or subscription restrictions
- Reverse-engineering or interfering with system operations
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology of TalkNative are owned by us or our licensors. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the Platform without written consent.
8. Data & Privacy
We place great importance on user privacy. TalkNative does not record, store, or retain any user conversations with the AI tutor, ensuring your learning experience remains private and secure. We may collect minimal usage metrics (such as time spent and subscription status) solely to enforce daily limits and improve service performance. By using TalkNative, you consent to such limited processing, but your conversations remain confidential and are never logged.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TalkNative is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI outputs, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalkNative shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or fail to comply with payment obligations.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
