Your account
Delete your TalkNative account.
Deleting your account removes it from the website and the app together, with everything you practised. It cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your login, on the website and in the app, on every device
- Your profile and first-time answers
- Every conversation, transcript, report, band score and result
- Your courses, words, call memory and practice history
What is kept
- Payment receipts (amount, product, date) are kept for our accounting and tax records, with no name or account attached.
- Anonymous visit counts that never named you stay in our totals.
Deletion is immediate. A purchase does not carry over to a new account.
Three ways to do it.
In the TalkNative app
Open the Account tab, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.

By email
Write to contact@talknative.io from the address you signed up with. We delete the account and its data within 7 days and reply to confirm.
