Turkish · Türkçe · AI speaking partner

Turkish, one suffix at a time.

Turkish is loved by learners from Pakistan: the dramas, the shared words (kitap, dünya, zaman), the hospitality. Then the grammar arrives: a single word that means "they say you will not be able to come", built from suffixes that must agree with the vowels before them.

Your AI partner talks with you in Turkish at your pace, corrects the suffix chain and the harmony on screen, and keeps the conversation going. For students heading to Istanbul, drama fans, and anyone with Turkish friends.

Why Turkish is hard to speak

What stops learners talking, and what fixes it.

1

Vowel harmony

"Evler" but "kitaplar", "evde" but "okulda": every suffix changes its vowel to match. Daily speech makes the pattern a reflex; a table never does.

2

Suffix chains

"Gelemeyeceklermiş." One word, five suffixes. You learn to build them by saying them, corrected, not by parsing them on paper.

3

Verb at the end, everything before it

The sentence cannot be started until you know how it ends, as in German and Japanese. Repetition is the only cure.
